By creating an Orbit account you agree to these terms.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Give accurate details, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone.
What you may not do
- Send spam, harass people, or distribute malware.
- Sell anything illegal, counterfeit, or that you do not have the right to sell.
- Post content you do not own the rights to.
- Attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
Buying and selling — read this carefully
Orbit is not a party to any sale. We provide the messaging and the shop page. We do not process payments, hold funds, verify goods, arrange delivery, or guarantee that either side does what they promised. Payment is arranged directly between buyer and seller.
This means Orbit cannot refund you, cannot reverse a payment, and cannot compel a seller to deliver or a buyer to pay. Deal with people you have reason to trust, and use the report button when something is wrong.
Sellers are responsible for their listings being accurate and for meeting their own legal and tax obligations.
Moderation
We may suspend or remove an account, a shop, or a listing that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is harming other people. Where we can, we will say why.
The service is provided as is
We work to keep Orbit running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a transaction between users.
Delivered messages are deleted from our servers by design. We are not a backup service and cannot restore message history.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time — in the app, or at https://orbit.braine.agency/account/delete. That deletion is permanent.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Orbit after a change means you accept it.
