Delete your Orbit account

Deleting your account is permanent. It cannot be undone, and we cannot restore anything afterwards.

What gets deleted

Your profile — name, email, phone number, date of birth and photo
Your shop, its products and its photos, if you have one
Your messages and any media still held on our servers
Your devices and push registrations
Your likes, comments, follows and blocks

What does not get deleted

Orders you placed or received are kept as a commercial record, with your personal details detached from them. Both sides of a completed sale are entitled to evidence of what was agreed, and one party cannot erase the other's copy.

Messages already delivered to someone else's phone stay on that phone. We cannot reach into another person's device.

How to delete it

In the app: Settings → your profile → Delete account. You will be asked for your password to confirm.

Cannot sign in? Email support@orbit.braine.agency from the address on the account. We will verify it belongs to you and delete it within 30 days.

We deliberately do not put a delete form on this page. Doing it in the app means your password is checked first — a web form that accepted an email address alone would let anyone delete someone else's account, and one that asked for a password here would be an obvious target to imitate.
